*Your prices seem rather low. You offer 20 user accounts with all features for only 29.99 $ monthly. This is like 2.99$ per seat! How on earth is that possible!?
*- YES, you are correct. ERPAG doesn’t have standard sales channels and therefore we don’t charge advertising and marketing fees. In fact, you are only paying for development hours, cloud infrastructure and learning material, and in some packages live customer support in English. If we included marketing and live support in other languages, the price would be at least 80% higher than now. Furthermore, ERPAG is sold exclusively by word-of-mouth marketing and by recommendations from our users. At this stage of development, we offer customer support only in English, but we have long-term plans to include other languages. Should I be worried about my credit card information?
*- ERPAG is not a payment gateway. We do not store or have access to your personal credit card information. In other words, ERPAG uses certified payment gateway and payment processors like PayPal to process your payments. We only store your encrypted company data.
What if I pay in the middle of the month?
- The ERPAG monthly license lasts 31 days, so it doesn’t matter when you bought it.
Will my account be automatically renewed after my license expires?
- No, ERPAG doesn’t renew your account automatically. We will notify you 7 days before your license expires and you will be able to make the following payment in timely fashion, without fear of having your credit card charged without your consent.
What about security?
We use four redundant server clusters. This means that your data are stored on four different geolocations. Moreover, we provide various in-app tools that help you create custom- made local backups, and all server to client communication is encrypted by using SSL encryption. Last but not the least, ERPAG uses the OAuth 2.0 authorization protocol which enables you to open a new ERPAG account by using your Google or Microsoft credentials, to which we do not have access. In such cases, ERPAG uses Google or Microsoft sign-in procedures to obtain a unique security token, thus enabling you to log-in safely.

Is the Free license completely free or is it only a free trial?
- The Free license is completely free for one user. This license is different from other packages because it doesn’t include customer support, but only video lessons and our User Manual; computing power is also of rather low priority and depends on the resources shared with other free users, whereas paid licenses have greater computing power at hand. However, with the Free license all ERP options in the app are available, except from the Multiple- User option, which must be paid. There is no time limit for the Free license.
